It was convenient to the civic center the guy that checked me in was very nice we only stayed one night but the room was clean bed was comfortable

Every single thing!! Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable and pillows. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Owner operated and just the nicest people who take great pride to ensure you enjoy your stay. That’s not a common thing anymore.

Friendly staff, comfortable, small fridge, coin operated washer and dryer. That parking is inside where you can see your vehicle. Just having the basics to get a good night sleep before traveling. Family dollar and gas station with Subway nearby. We were given a room in the back hallway but felt better with security camera on the corner.

The stay was decent. The staff were nice as well. He allowed us to stay till 1 pm with additional fee of 25 dollars not bad at all. What I dislike was the breakfast choice. Pancake machine stopped working , the staff at the time did try to fix it. Which I appreciate that it showed he cared. The hotel felt like I was in a motel. The AC barely stayed on throughout the night. I wish I took photos

The hotel was nice for the hours of stay we had. My problem was a $60.00 deposit in which I was told would get it back on leaving. I paid the full price with the understanding that my $60.00 would be refunded. 2 days went by and I called the hotel to be told on there end it showed that my money was put back on my card. I check my bank acct several more days and what I saw was the full price of the room but my $60. 00 were never put back. Called several more times to all be told the same thing “ on there end it shows the money place back on my card, which never happened. Very disappointing

I didn't like it because I booked the non-smoking room and the room had an unbearable cigarette smell and I'm pregnant and I felt very sick and even when I made the reservation on the website, 98 dollars were deducted from me and then they used my card again and deducted 60 dollars

I like the area of hotel, it was clean, good location, and just minutes from everything! The breakfast selections could be better, however hotel is just minutes from different restaurants. The air conditioning could be updated, it took a few tries to get the temp. Just right. It's nothing fancy, but great option. I would actually come again!

Close to Venue we were attending. The Owner and the other 2 ladies were helpful in resolving and explained everything involving Booking.com incident at check in.
